This work is by Georgia Bassen who has accomplished awards in several areas of art such as drawing, painting, and sculpture. She uses Photoshop to manipulate pictures with filters and transformations. Georgia feels she can work much faster with digital art, allowing for creative exploration. I can relate to this feeling with the fractal projects. As you go through the process of exploring a picture, each move seems to add to the last and deep into the picture you go. I like the portfolio Georgia has put together and can appreciate her creativity.

  1. Great reflection on how digital art can free the artist to explore ideas more quickly and sequentially.
