MOCA 5
This painting is entitled Venice, created by Peter Mc Lane. I chose this picture because the buildings along the water just reminds me of my hometown, New York City. The artist used digital art for this painting. He discovered the program "painter" and said that his technique "can not be related to another". The artist started with a white screen and used a stylus and wacom tablet to create this painting.

Angela - great picture with beautiful colors. It reminds me of NYC also!
ReplyDeleteThanks Valerie! And thanks for the comment on my babies picture that I converted to an oil painting..
ReplyDeleteI like this alot, it kind reminds of a layered printmaking process, like a copper plate etched imag on top of a monotype.
ReplyDeleteVery much like painting in the analog world... just not smelly. :)
